  1. That violent looters will see from a mile away. Yeah, it's rubbish if you want to stash drugs, hide a dead body or become the next Bin Laden. It will be perfectly fine, it's just a plan B anyway. It's unrealistic to expect that he will have to wait out the Apocalypse in there, it's even more unrealistic that someone will take his ranch. It's just ludicrous to assume looters will have Navy SEALs and spy satellites in their disposal searching every inch of his land.
