  2. People making wild claims probably haven't read up on the case. Shotgunning charges at people and then picking the one that sticks best is incredibly common.

  3. ​ @j.jbinks9669 that's the opposite of a problem. The other side of the coin of having a legal system that can put you in prison - you are entitled to a legal defense. If you have the first without the latter you just have tyranny.
