  1. ​​ @Rob_F8F here's been several air defense assets that if not destroyed, were rendered inoperable. There's Russian telegram posts showing for example Pantsirs that had their missile magazines riddled with fragments and stories of hits that although had not destroyed the launcher vehicle caused traumatic brain injury in all of the occupants via shock wave. Russia is at a point where just enough damage is almost as good as destruction as it gives them a bunch of stuff to be sent back for repair.

  2. ​ @davidbarry6900 HIMARS has a 200lb payload, JDAMs exist in the 500, 1000 and 2000lb variety if I'm not mistaken.

  3. JDAMs can still be delivered by pop up method. Air defense ranges are also overstated. You can enter the range, release weapons, turn back and a missile will not get you. Or dive down and mask yourself with terrain.

  4. ​ @thevoxdeus Exactly. And Ukrainian SOF has more experience fighting Russia than the highest Tier American/British SOF. This narrative of NATO special ops falls apart when we remind ourselves they've been doing counter-terrorism for the most part.
