  9. That's not true. After the oil storage attacks in Sevastopol, Russia attacked a known chemical plant where Ukraine's old nuclear rockets were stored. Big bang, nothing actually important was hit. There were news articles from 2020 talking about that storage location so Russia knew that whenever they needed a big explosion to show to their subjects on nightly news they could just hit that place.
