The former paratrooper who defected from Russia after writing "Z O V", a document exposing his experience in the Russian army, stated that he barely had training the first time he signed a contract and he had hoped the military reforms had improved things when he decided to sign for a second contract. Tough chance - training is acomplished by taking staged photos and signing documents. Then everyone goes free for the rest of the day.
