  2. ​ @Jmoneyjc  I remember 20 years ago there were 12 IP addresses inside NK. They obviously allow high ranking officials and hacker groups to access the internet. Kim Jong Un also studied in Switzerland as a child. They send their kids abroad to learn.

  3. Buying computers is cheap, restoring their depleted soil is expensive. They essentially bankrupted themselves preparing to take over South Korea. And intensive monoculture ruined their already rocky soil.
