  2. When I was a kid I read newspapers. Weird, I know. But I quickly noticed most news printed sourced AP or Reuters. Much like some products are all made in a select few OEMs and then brands slap their logo, a lot of news are sourced from the same place and newsrooms just quote them.

  3. If people came knocking on my door to ask about aliens while I'm working on secret aircraft projects I'd stonewall them. Security clearence doesn't give access to everthing, you still have a need to know basis to distribute information. Maybe if you have a security clearence and you work on a committee overseeing aquisitions for those projects they'll show some stuff. If you have a security clearence and start asking about aliens, you have no automatic right to have black projects disclosed to you.
