  1. Nah that's just youtube picking their battles. They do not want to just take down all medical videos and "banned commercials" (which are supposed to be funny/tantalizing, not explicit) but also not draw a hard line that then could be skirted around.

  2. There's a lot of hurdles in pr0n, guns and weed dispensaries. Many banks and credit card processors refuse to work with you. If twitch had an explicitely adult variant, they wouldn't only have problems with advertisers but even with the money side of the businesses.
