@RealBee It comes down to intent. Twitter is clearly intended to be a platform that criminals have piggybacked onto. But twitter has no need for them, and the user experience would not be harmed by removing the criminal element.

Well but youtube doesn't pay content creators. How about you tell youtube your money should be paying for the content creators? Before the adpocalypse the AdSense revenue was enough for people to quit their jobs and do YT full time. Now they need Patreon and sponsorships.
