China has been antagonizing everyone for over a decade (wolf warrior diplomacy, breaking the Hong Kong treaty, constant claims of jurisdiction that are within other country's economic zones, illegal fishing, etc). It's just that the US had a ton of money invested in China so there was an incentive for tamping down criticism. After the 2020 situation America started looking for alternatives and now criticism of China is more open.

  3. ​ @AWACS100  you can cash out the chips, though In microtransactions often you get stuff like 5 bucks for 5000 points but everything costs either 3000 or 6000 points. So you either have 2000 left over and buy more so you can get a 3000 item or you have to buy 10 bucks from the start to get a 6000 point item
