  2. Radar uses active emissions and passive listening. Cameras just passively pick up light with a sensor. It's possible to flood a sensor but impossible to direct specific pixels to receive a color to simulate blur.

  3.  @johndeaux8815  So how are they detecting cameras passively and bending light that goes into the sensor? If we leave cameras around facing mirrors, would they pick up the UFOs clearly? They'd detect the cameras but not the mirrors which are not electronic, so they wouldn't bend the light properly to cause blur.
