  1. +MrPepsicola123 that's not the point. Guns are lethal force. Shooting to stop means aiming at the chest and pulling the trigger until you see the target react. Don't want to kill a suspect? Don't use a gun. I'm interested in this device but normally, if you draw a firearm is because the situation is serious and if you shoot, it should mean that if the perp dies it was a righteous use of force. Not shoot because the cop "felt like it".

  2. +Mozart Rocha They are. Guns are lethal force. If you use a gun as less-than-lethal that's torture. It's inhumane. Guns are last resorts. To claim that the police guns are not for killing implies guns are less than lethal and can be use sooner. Using a gun implies a chance of the perp dying and cops shouldn't dare to think otherwise. They must know discharging a firearm brings consequences and thus only emergencies warrant deadly force.
