  1. Piers is a goddamn whack. The UK banned handguns outright, yet assault weapons are allowed - you can convert a 10/22 or buy a M&P-15/22. Why does Piers consider handguns the ultimate self-defense weapon if more people are killed by blunt objects than semi auto rifles (which includes "assault weapons")?

  2. I have played violent videogames before I was a teen. I've never killed anybody. I'm not saying that parents should just buy M rated games to their children but millions of them are exposed to violent videogames and they never killed anyone. Just like if I took those SSRI drugs doesn't mean I'll kill people. It's a combination of factors that pushes people over the edge. Videogames have been investigated for two decades, let's investigate the drugs NOW.
