This is clearly seen in Bakhmut drone footage, where Russian forces are charging into positions already littered with bodies from the previous charge. The losses are insane when you go on the offensive with conscripts.

It's Russia that lost their professional soldiers and now has to resort to amateurs. For offensives. So yes, still different. Ukraine has the troops for offensives. Russia doesn't, and sends them to die anyway.

Where? I can read things too. Many are fabricated. Ukraine isn't suffering colossal losses because their retained combat effectiveness disproves it. Colossal losses hinder combat capability. Even a 20% loss reduces combat capability to a minimum.
