  1.  @kanyeeast8450  but the US's VTOL jet is in the hands of the Marines and the further away it has to fly from the less it can stay on station. Meanwhile the Army could use it as fire support since the Air Force accepted that rotary aircraft with fixed wings and forward propulsion did not break the Key West agreement.
