  1.  @Lawrance_of_Albania  "my common sense says that future radars will be upgraded" - Can't upgrade physics. Radiation emissions weaken with distance by the inverse square law. Only a fraction of the radar energy hits the plane. An even smaller fraction bounces back into the receiver. If a radar has a small cross section, at one point you get so little radiation back it's ignored as noise.
