Some countries have not resisted in any significant manner. And the countries seeing significant resistance are bringing in serious government enforcement.

@damienholland8103 First, FDA approval means nothing. Plenty of things get pulled from the market despite being approved. Reducing death is accomplished with early treatment and providing the prophylactic shot to the elderly and people with several comorbidities. Long covid is too broadly defined.

@damienholland8103 Yes, they are. The average age of death is over the average lifespan in most countries, and comorbidities are a common denominator. The CDC director, Dr Rochelle Wallensky just said that 75% of the people dying had 4 co-morbidities. The definition does matter. Having a cough 5 weeks after recovery is a "long term symptom" that isn't uncommon even after a cold. The NIH also puts depression and anxiety under long covid, even though those are conditions are not a result of viral infection. So yes, it does matter and you telling me that it doesn't only tells me that you want to fraudulently increase the incidence of the problem. Their life before and after has changed??? If we accept a strict definition of causing long term disability. You're not willing to do that. I just asked you to limit your concern to actually life changing conditions and you say you didn't want to because it doesn't matter!
