@Kidsinamerica If you force someone who works for you to do something, and they get hurt... oh boy that should be a windfall. I want to see bankruptcies.

@bradf448 False equivalency. In this case everyone is throwing oil in the fires, everyone is saying that water and fire extinguishers don't work, and people whose houses are not burning down are being evacuated from their homes for no reason.

@johngalt6838 If the mandates are from corporations and not the government, the corporations that required employees to take it are on the hook. Unless the company was under state or federal mandate.

@johngalt6838 The whole point of a lawsuit is getting something done when there isn't a law to be enforced. If an employer tells an employee to walk into an unshielded reactor core in a nuclear power plant I don't think there's a law specific to that.
