  1. ​ @bruuuuuuuuuh it wasn't "random" but there was a list of cities. Could have been those two cities, could have been two others. I think part of the reason was weather reports, they needed to drop during clear weather.

  3. Most of the "cost" isn't monetary but weapons that were purchased years ago. The war was paid by your parents, maybe, and even then they would have paid even if the vehicles were tossed into the sea to make coral reefs.
