@chalysama4446 Plastic surgeons are not high on the list of doctors with the best moral standing. Remember all the Latin America plastic surgery stories from the 90s and 2000s? Doctors in countries like Brazil were using literal caulk-style fillers instead of medical grade. The best plastic surgeons in develop countries will refuse certain jobs or straight up tell the client they do not guarantee that a certain job will end up 100% how they want due to how the tissue will heal.

@chalysama4446 OP stated we shouldn't condone it. You came here to say it's their prerogative, but your counter example is literally bringing up extreme body modification most people do not condone. Riddiculous implants like those get stares and people talking smack behind their backs. That's all. It's their freedom, but people do think it's riddiculous and nobody fights for the "rights" of these people.
