  2. The taxes that are thought to pay for things are rarely enough to pay for the things that they were intended to pay for. That's why we keep running into deficits and racking up debt like it's treasure. Europe is breaking apart as we speak and they are piled on debt because of their liberal social programs I don't think that is what we need to be emulating

  4. We should agree what the government should do and shouldn't do. The constitution .... then we need to tax to fund up to those levels and not beyond that. That involves a much smaller and lesser intrusive government than we have now. Lower taxes would be easy to achieve in such an environment. So they wouldn't have loop holes to jump through and they wouldn't need to
