  3. I did indeed work low wage jobs from 17-24. I saved $100k over that time. I then bought a small townhome pre-covid when I was 26 before prices were too crazy. I'm 31 now and I make a more reasonable/average income nowadays. I sold that townhouse to roll the equity into this one. I would be 100% priced out of the market if I was a first time home buyer today, but things were very different a few years ago. Everything I've ever stated on this channel has been 100% honest.
