  2. Asylum seekers are never illegal, please read the UNHCR Declaration. Sad that an immigrant has no concept of what a refuge is, unless you come from Hong Kong there is no legal route into the uk in a regime set up by decedent's of Refugees, Patel and Braverman. The reason that small boats happen is due to there being no legal route and the Tories failure to set up an agreement with the EU.

They did not by pass hundreds of countries, in fact they bypassed none. The reason they are in Diego García is a Royal Navy ship put them there! I have a suggestion that you might like! Bring the true owners of Diego Garcia back and let them settle in there own home instead of being refugees in other countries! They can then decide what to do.

They then departed India to seek asylum. They were then rescued by a RN Warship which then took them to Diego Garcia! Maybe do some research? You just end up looking even dumber. To be so stupid you have to be a Brexiter! Enjoy your victory.

  21.  @WaveRider1989  Perhaps respond to Legal facts. India does not allow refuges to claim asylum, a bit like Brexit England! Refugees are legally allowed to claim asylum in any country. The sad racist Tories do not accept this fact. The answer is the deport the US military from Diego Garcia where they have no legal right to be there, and return the country to its original inhabits who were made refugees by the British in the 1950's.

These Refugees were not trying to get to Britain, despite what the sad sick racist Sue Ella says. Diego Garcia is part of Britain's Overseas Territories. It has no civilian population because Britain in the 1950's turned all the native population into Refugees and sent them to a different Country! The US Military then occupied the islands and still do. There in no local population, no schools, no shops, no housing. The us does not allow the refugees to attend hospital. The reason the refugees are there is they were recued by a RN ship that took them to Diego Garcia. What is your solution? Maybe you go and shout at the waves like the lunatic Farage.
