@Edax_Royeaux During WW1 the Australian at Gallipoli the troops used water tanks made by a Melbourne company called Furphy. Because of the gossip and tall tales swapped at these tanks it is now an Australian term for rumour, gossip and tall tales.

@Edax_Royeaux I know, thanks, I thought the true Australian story would be a little wind up for TIK, accusing him of Furbies, or Tall tales. I worked on a project West of the Shetlands Islands in the late 90's and in 500m of water depth located a ship on the bottom with a deck cargo of tracked vehicles. The ship was later identified as being from WW1 and was sending supplies to Russia, these were earth movers.
