  1. In real life there are very few vessels suitable for this, being seaworthy and able to carry a 100 refuges the numbers will be limited. They appear to be using vessels designed to support wind farms, in other area ex offshore support vessels have been used. I have spoken to people manning similar vessels and universally they hate the work, and usually quit unless they are government employees, it can be very traumatic, and most leave after having to pull bodies out of the water.
