Mexico City is a massive place, my gf won't allow me to go to certain districts because it is dangerous. The foreigners mostly live in the la condesa district, the rest of the city is pretty normal. I think the article is being overly dramatic.

@danbaumann8273 I think it will. In a sense it will be interesting to see wealth transfers between countries and create new economic power houses from former third world countries.

At least they will be bringing in $$$ to improve the local economy. 🤣 Also I can bet that the Americans are living in the La Condesa district. Its a typical hotspot for foreigners.
