  2.  @sebastian56309  because of a bond that was issued by the imf which was created to pool funds to cater to a global pandemic. If the WHO declares the the pandemic, the bond is activated and the money will be given to countries who need it. If not, the purchasers of the bond will pocket the money after the bond matures. I think the bond will mature this April. So I am sure that tedros will take a cut from the profits released to the companies who own aspects of the bond by refusing to declare the wuflu a pandemic. This is God tier corruption at the highest of levels.
