  11. If you slow the footage down enough you will see that it is indeed a gun, you can see the trigger barrier outline when the pistol is pointed downwards.

I would entertain your counter point better if this event happened in any other city, but it is Chicago, better known as Chiraq, where people are slaughtered every weekend due to gun related violence. So when people say that this dude is walking around with a TV remote control to mimic an actual fire arm. I wholeheartedly disagree with that excuse out right. Especially after you show the footage down as he skips away with the object pointed down, you can even see the highlight of the gun trigger barrier against the light back drop. But what do I know, right? This also probably explains why Chicago is a high crime rate infested dump; people there excuse and tolerate it. But hey, keep telling yourself that it is a remote control.
