@ff20e03bbc it's that organic shift that caused a food crisis in the country. You simply just can't change a method of farming being practiced on a dime to use organic. Sri Lanka found out the hard way.

The synthetic method is industrial to feed billions of people. Sri Lanka tried to go organic with fertilizer choices now the country is a wreck and they must now import food. Wishy washy idealism can only scale so far.

@tapist3482 you must have missed the part where local governments in China kicked farmers off their land and sold it to real estate developers. Couple that with natural disasters and ye typical corruption in China most of the issues now happening with their food supply is man made.

@tapist3482 dude am talking about the last two months with the covid lock downs in China. They even prevented farmers from planting seeds and harvesting crops. Local governments kicking off farmers from their farm land has been occurring in the last few years as well. Grade a cluster frack.
