  9. I did keto for 3 months and was fine, difference is that I ate tons of leafy green vegetables with my meals, something that was absolutely vital to sustain such a feat. I gave it up because I wanted explosive energy to play football. It is doable, just eat vegetables with your meals to go with it!!
