  16.  @theoriginalman9426  For me, I could not buy into the movie when they said they subdued Kong. I have watched the Skull Island movie, you cannot subdue a titan never mind Kong. Why is Kong the only titan they subdued? why not any of the others? How did they do it? Right off the bat I checked out of the film. Plus how the hell did that chick from stranger things and her noob squad infiltrate a secretive organisation so easily? Man, this film is shite. I preferred King of Monsters, it's the best in the series.

  28. There were some woke politics sandwiched in the film that almost made me walk out. Never thought I'd see the day when an Indian dude scoffs at a Caucasian dude with the "spare me your white privilege" line. Couple that with the whole toxic masculinity lines and how the Kies character was literally shat on through out the film, I almost began hating the film. Went to see it for Ryan, didn't need any of the woke nonsense.

And just so you know, Drinker; I watched the first two Alien movies just last weekend before this one; didn't find time to see the third and absolutely skipped Prometheus and Covenant as trash films. Romulus improved so much from those two because AT THE VERY LEAST, you don't have characters making monumentally stupid decisions to move the plot. Romulus is a return to form for the series and I hope they build from it. Many people who watched it agree which is why it is doing great in the box office. Alien Romulus is a great movie, even you will see it that way when you sober up, someday. :D
