  1. Japan government is also not staffed by control freaks trying to control EVERYTHING in the country down to the least atom. Huge difference right there. That said Vietnam has a communist government but you hardly ever hear about them in the news. They let people make money and take their cut. The Chinese communist party is simply insane.
