I think Japanese women have to face reality and settle down with families and children regardless of income. After the war, Japan was poor but he survivors managed to raise children anyway leading to a very high birth rate. It's the same issue in the West, everyone wants to have a middle class lifestyle with kids and fail to realise it isn't always possible. People need to humble themselves and think beyond their selfish path towards annihilation. Find a partner who is compatible with you non-materialistically, move out of big cities and form families. It is so simple but high iq populations always struggle to do simple things.
