  19. Oil should not be more than $20 anyway. The prices sky rocketed after the government removed restrictions on commodity items back in the early 2000s amongst other things. I reckon most companies over leveraged their positions with high oil prices. Oddly enough the CCP virus is forcing a drastic market correction.
