  4. I suggest supplementing vitamin d3 10,000 IUs, it's a great mood booster. Accompany that with vitamins k2 and magnesium. In so saying try to get 15 minutes of sun light every single day. Exercise, eat leafy green vegetables, drink water avoid fizzy drinks and alcohol. Don't give up, you gotta keep moving, gotta keep trying.
