You also don't waste and demoralize the soldiers in pointless cauldrons like Ukraine did in Mariupol. I'd rather retreat, regroup and then re-advance. War is flows back and forth, people are used to one way victories because they don't know enough history to learn how land battles exchanged territories numerous times between armies. Ukraine is dead in the water without funding, am hoping the USA mid term elections result in the fund spigot being turned off.

@ChucksSEADnDEAD and how many soldiers did the Ukraine army lose as a result? Is mariopul not under Russian occupation today? Also did you even know that the nazi azov battalion was the main unit under siege there?

@jesan733 And also, the azov battalion was still active up until Mariupol where the majority of them got wiped out as a unit. The siege lasted so long because the azov cretins refused to surrender and prevented others from doing the same. Ukraine is infested with nazis, you are just not accepting that fact.

@jesan733 not really, the Russians retreated from lyman last week and another town weeks back but that doesn't mean much considering all the land Russia captured. Should be interesting to see the momentum the Russia mobilisation brings and whether or not Ukraine will receive funding from the USA following the mid term elections in November.

@jesan733 well until they recover all the lost territory from Russia I don't see how the small gains matter considering most of the subsequent attacks on Russian positions have been repelled causing loss of troops. General winter is almost here so we will have to wait and see.

Meanwhile the 1000 km flat territory the Ukraine army gained has left them open to artillery and air asset strafing. Relax dude, let's see what happens next. There is no momentum here, you are only coping hard, which is ok, copium is a hell of a drug. Honestly at this point it's not even Ukraine that's really fighting Russia, it's mostly NATO and the USA. Ukraine was done back in May, thank heavens for wasteful spending via money injections by the USA and UK, notwithstanding mercenaries from all over. No really, wake me up when Ukraine captures all of Kherson or Zaporohzhe region until then you are simply coping.
