Dating and sexual activity in general for average looking men has tanked because women in Western countries now select men for pairing based on their facial looks. This was and is still being caused by the fact that women use social dating apps and have access to good looking men across national borders on the planet. They are no longer limited by their local pool. Couple this with women's increase of economic independence, women can actually select their partners over superficial properties like facial looks than actual functionality and utility of what the men usually provide. If people cannot understand this then they will continue to suffer.

@lukeclark3506 the point is that they select any man that's good looking regardless of wealth. The facial looks become the new metric . They can do this because of their economic rise and independence.

@lukeclark3506 think harems, a good looking guy on tinder "services" a group of women whom are all attracted to him. While that's happening, average Joe Schmoes like me struggle to even get one date. I recall reading a Reddit thread where a bunch of women where complaining about the fact that they could walk around for weeks in their university campuses and surrounding towns and city without seeing men they find attractive. This is especially damning because a typical city setting means that you are always walking past men and women. It's almost as if the average man simply did not exist to these women. This is why I started saying that the dating market no longer exists, it's more of a dating pyramid now. There are a bunch of dudes at the top and almost all the women look toward them.
