  2. The war ends when Ukraine guarantees neutrality from NATO. The USA would never tolerate such a situation why should Russia? I would be full of crap if the Cuban missile crisis did not happen. The Ukrainian president should have declared neutrality by now to save his people and the country. Him having not done so is reckless. Russia will create a buffer state from the eastern side of the river after this conflict concludes. NATO needs to rein in their crap and stop poking a nuclear power like Russia. PS: sanctions would be great against Russia if they actually sanctioned the gas and grains exports which earns Russia almost a billion every single day. The EU is weak and NATO is playing with fire, nuclear fire.
