  2. Based on the subject matter, I will again have to ask: are people in Japan supplementing vitamin d3? Seeing as most people tend to avoid the sun to keep their skin fair they would be missing out on that vital radiation that allows the body to manufacture the hormone we call vitamin d3. I keep asking this question because one of the many benefits of vitamin d3 is the neurological uplift of your mental state and mood. Vitamin d3 is also something a lot of people are deficient in. It would be interesting to see if any studies have been carried out to see just how much vitamin d3 is consumed with the Japanese diet.
