  3. These games are all about the money for the athletes. Sponsorships, endorsements and maybe a career after they finish competing.

  4. She doesn't have the power to cancel the games. The government is backing the Olympics so they don't have to pay the IOC penalty fees in the hundreds of millions on top of the billions already lost.
