  2. This guy has no job and he doesn't seem to be trying to get one, no car, and lives with his parents for the last 8 years. How is he going to provide for his son when he can't provide for himself? He doesn't pay child support. So, he probably doesn't get visitation because it's unfair for the mother to provide for the child what they need and you just show up to play with them. He needs to prove that he is a responsible person and then he should try again for visitation rights.
