  3. The IOC can only cancel the Olympics not Japan. The IOC has said nothing even people dying in Japan won't stop the games. The IOC needs the revenue from the broadcasting rights and nothing will stop them from getting their money.

  14. Japan can have 68 or 68,000 cases, as long as the death rate is small, cases doesn't matter. Look at Germany, they have 68,000 cases and France has 44,000 but Germany has 650 deaths while France has over 3,000.
