  8. All excuses, there are plenty of rich people that don't eat fast food that are obese. There are plenty of low income people that shop and cook healthy meals. Americans are just lazy.

  11. Not really, if you check the shelf life of onigiri's in stores it's usually 1 day and 2 max. If you go to a market that days bento are made daily and sold out by closing. My market discounts that days Bakery, Prepared foods, Bentos and salads near closing time.
