The guy was talking about hiring talent for remote work and what I meant was most of the workers are drivers and delivery people. Hiring a person in Tokyo or Portland isn't hiring for the core business of moving product. In fact most of the work is automated expect for the driving and the delivery. I thought he focused more on computer data people than the front line workers. Yes, Uber is online business but done by real people.

  29. What is this guy talking about with Uber? You can't work from home if you have to drive people around or make deliveries. Same with Amazon, who's picking and packing, you remote work orders.
