You can't even get 95% of the world to agree that living in pure air is better than living in the marshes that smell like liquefied feces. Are you sure you don't meant 95% of a specific Russian who took power as president and extended his term before growing tentacles that took control of every mainstream news outlet, political establishment and military police force within the entire country? I trust these "official polls" from any shady establishment as much as I trust someone to recommend me movies after a bad breakup.
