  1. The US justice system is sick. It is medieval, just as what Writerconsidered said, and also heavily influenced by commercial considerations. The one thought that I have is: Should the Germany taxpayers spend money on such animal? Or just send him back to where he came from and let the US pay his court case and the following long-time accommodation?

  5. I treat every phone which does not show a logical phone number but something like "no ID" with suspicion. An honest person does not need to hide his identity. And then I would try to record the call, and afterwards inform the police immediately.
