Russian menthaility, as tought by previous governments. What is not mine = no need to care. Many of th houses look very similar in China.

@000ayax Though it has certainly it's nice sights and views, the video is about the pollution. They could have included some of the positive side as well. But that does not make the pollution go away. Anyway, I am somewhat a fan of the cold East and wish I can one day visit Siberia.

@000ayax yes these do not portrait Norilsk as the most depressing place on earth. But the buildings and industry ... it is not any nicer. The real beauty of Norilsk is outside. Stunning, gorgeous landscapes there.
