The most important factor is not even cost. It is governance stability, security for your people, and that you find the staff that you need.

@schris413 If that is what you call a success story, treating a mentally sick war veteran by removing part of his brain to make him quiet ....

I do respect that she does things which most other women don't do. And walking through Shenzhen like that is also brave. If it helps women then it's ok. To me her body is out of proportion and how someone could like that is beyond me.

@yosuaanthony8065 ok thanks! I do think that Kalimantan is a good decision. It also feels closer to most of Asia, Jakarta always feels sort of on the fringe.

They think paying with credit card is the same as paying with Wechat, only the later being even more convenient. Does the credit card know who are your contacts? Where you went yesterday, where you are going today, and where you might be going tomorrow? Has it access to your photos and private conversations? Does it access your bank account? Does it know the items you have bought, what is the way to your work, where do you sleep?

@ayab1234 Do you think it has to be a completely new location, brand new build? Or could they have chosen a city that's existing and expand on it's existing infrastructure?

Just looking around on Youtube you'll find easily videos showing the lacking capacity of Chinese even in their own language. And to English, many Chinese who went to elite universities in the west have broken grammar and limited word command, and this often so badly that I wonder how it was possible for them getting their degrees.

There is nothing to add to your text, Aleksandr. Even if you speak English for 10 years or so, in a work discussion with native speakers for example you will usually still loose. Many Chinese think because they know 300 words English they speak English fluent.

English is accepted to be the Lingua Franca. But they could teach a second language much better, whatever it is. In the US may be Spanish?

We had that already, about 100 years ago https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhnjMdzGusc .

Give that to one of those multinationals and soon it will become a $ 25000 mini car that weights 1 ton and drives 15 km.
