  2. Many foreigners who accept work in Asia see this only as a stepping stone in their job-life. It's not only teachers in Japan, in all Asia foreigners have a negative reputation. Another point, companies and in particular British and US companies tend sending people who are not the best in their trade. "He is not that good of a manager but for Asia he might be good enough" kind of decisions. Both bad for us.
