  1. Before Ronald Reagan the US had an incarceration rate, that is similar to any other developed country. Incarceration rate started to raise by the day he came into office, and later became to be 10x higher than other developed countries. Did you people become more criminal? What has the higher incarceration rate brought for the US? What about the money that it costs to keep so many people in prisons?
